Each copy of 100 Moments is lovingly packaged and shipped by Seraphina herself from Berlin, with personal care and intention behind every order. Due to the handcrafted nature of this process and the nature of the product (a book), our refund policy is as follows:
Returns & Refunds
- We do not accept general returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or lost in the post.
- If your book arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

Replacements
- If damage occurred during shipping, we’ll gladly send a replacement copy at no additional cost — just provide a photo of the issue.
- If your order is lost or undelivered, we’ll do our best to investigate and offer a solution (e.g. resend or partial refund) depending on the situation.
International
Shipping Notes
- All books are shipped from Berlin, Germany, and international delivery times may vary widely depending on location.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot offer refunds for items returned due to incorrect addresses.
